With On Purpose with Jay Shetty he brings fascinating conversations with some of the most insightful people in the world straight to viewers all over the world! It’s hard not to see why this podcast is so successful. I find myself binge listening to Jay and his brilliant advice surrounding mental health. His down-to-earth and honest approach makes this a really relatable listen. We highly recommend it when searching for a new mental health podcast!

The anxious truth podcast has become part of my toolkit for my own anxiety. There is so much in each episode to help people who might be experiencing Anxiety or Panic. With the current climate and things rapidly changing, I highly recommend giving it a listen!

Each week Ferne is joined by some incredible guests such as Russel Brand to discuss their journey as well as offering some incredible mental health advice. The dark place podcast is a podcast where everyday people share stories about depression, anxiety, trauma, mental illness, and any pain that feels too taboo to talk about elsewhere. I recently found this podcast hosted by the amazing Joel Kutz and immediately related to it. This podcast talks about the low points and breaking the silence and stigma of being at rock bottom. Incredible guests, incredible stories, a must-listen.

The Happy Me Project podcast is the go-to podcast for straight-talking self-development. Holly is here to help you feel more happy and less crappy. I’ve had the pleasure of working with the incredible Holly on a number of projects and really value what she stands for. The no-nonsense coach offers some of the best advice! This podcast is a bit of a kick whenever I need some motivation!

radio headspace podcast7. Radio Headspace

In Radio Headspace you can move away from the internal chatter and consider how we can live a life that best reflects our limitless potential. This podcast has a little bit of everything and has provided me with some much-needed support recently. It’s a well-needed break from the day-to-day noise. I listen to this on my lunchtime walks! I highly recommend Headspace’s guided Meditations too!

On the Tiny Leaps, Big Changes Podcast they focus on personal development and exploring the day-to-day behaviors we all engage in that determine the results we gain in our lives. With Mental Health affecting lifestyles and mindset, it’s really important that we continue the conversation and find the tools needed to live a fulfilled life. This podcast does just that! Host Gregg Clunis offers some incredible advice on how to do just that!

On the James Smith Podcast, you can listen to everyday waffles from one of the best no-nonsense personal trainers. I’ve been a huge fan of James for quite some time, he’s a Personal Trainer who takes all the nonsense out of the fitness industry and offers some incredible advice on how to look after your Mental and Physical health! Highly recommend checking out his podcast and of course following him on social!

Each episode has a different guest on to waffle about their journey and coping mechanisms. I hope you learn something, as this was my first venture into the podcasting world. 

 

 

11. The Waiting Room with Dr. Alex

In the waiting room with Dr. Alex, Dr. Alex speaks to healthcare professionals who have gone above and beyond to care for their patients.  Alex for those of you that don’t know was a contestant on Love Island in the UK. At a time when reality stars were being given a hard time in Lockdown Dr. Alex went straight back to work frontline in the Hospital. He is a huge inspiration to me and a real role model.

This isn’t necessarily a Mental Health Podcast however something that is good for you is laughing. & This podcast has me full of laughter every time I listen to it. The Office Ladies Podcast is brought to you by the stars of The Office US and brings you a new level of insight into one of my favorite comedy series ever, as they are re-watching the office and giving a re-cap on what happened!
